P-EAR-S Sàrl offers a limited warranty from the date of invoice as defined below:

Exclusion of warranty rights
Any problems resulting from improper use, damage, unauthorized repair, disassembly, incorrect maintenance, lack of compliance with the operating instructions or use of non-original accessories and cable damage are excluded from the warranty.
How to proceed?
- If you bought your P-EAR-S IEMs on our Online Shop
Use our “Registration Repair Form” to record your detailed request (description of the issue, fitting area,…)
- If you bought your P-EAR-S IEMs at Retailer
Your issue should be addressed to the point of sale of your product.
In either case, return your in-ear earphones in their original packaging or in a package that offers the same level of protection.
Repairs under warranty will be returned to you without any shipping costs.
