    The site accessible by the Internet address www.p-ear-s.ch is operated by P-EAR-S Sàrl, 2520 La Neuveville, Switzerland (hereafter: “P-EAR-S”).
    As part of the operation of the site, P-EAR-S collects personal data in particular during the initial registration and/or when placing an order.
    By registering and/or using the services of P-EAR-S, you provide your consent that your personal data will be collected, used and published in accordance with the terms of this data protection statement.

    P-EAR-S takes all appropriate measures to ensure the protection, integrity and confidentiality of personal data entrusted by users.

    P-EAR-S endeavours to safeguard your personal data on the Internet by taking all possible technical and organisational measures so that they are not accessible to third parties. In the case of communication via the Internet, we cannot guarantee complete data protection. We therefore recommend that confidential data be communicated by mail or telephone. The transmission of confidential information via the Internet is at your own risk.

    P-EAR-S may use social plug-ins (“Plug-ins”), in particular from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc (“Facebook”). Plug-ins can be recognized by the Facebook logo (a white “f” on a blue tile or a “thumbs up” sign) or by the addition of a characteristic “Facebook Social Plug-in” sign. Other social plug-ins can be used, such as Instagram, Google+ or Twitter.

    – Facebook

    When visiting the P-EAR-S website, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of social networks. We have no influence on the amount of data that the social networks collect with this plug-in.

    In particular, Facebook receives information about the corresponding pages on our site that you have called up. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can add this visit to your Facebook account. If you activate the plug-in, e.g. by using the “Like” button or if you leave a comment, the corresponding information will be transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and saved by Facebook.   8. Data retention – right of access and rectification

In the cases provided for by law, the data is blocked and not deleted, if necessary.

    In addition, each user can at any time access, rectify and delete all or part of his personal information by going to his user profile (Function to come).
    P-EAR-S will communicate nominative information concerning a user in case of judicial requisition and to any authority which would carry out checks or investigations in relation to illicit contents and/or services accessible via the Internet or telephone network or with illegal activities.
