ONLY P-EAR-S IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY REPAIR or MAINTENANCE ACTION. ALL REPAIR PROVIDED BY A 3RD PARTY OR EXTERNAL REPAIR IEM CENTER WILL IMMEDIATLY CANCEL THE WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER OFFICIAL P-EAR-S SUPPORT

Read carefully – HOW TO PROCEED

  • Fill out the “P-EAR-S REPAIR REGISTRATION FORM
  • Repack your IEM in a well protected box.
  • Sending to the address of the repair registration form
  • For International customers only: Check with your local post office to record your shipping as “Return Good” to avoid any extra import custom costs invoiced to P-EAR-S. We reserve the right to charge all extra cost for no having use this shipping option.
